Proposed addition of Bylaw 13 regarding the letters patent:
Bylaw 13: Any addition, deletion or amendment from any provision
in the letters patent, must be approved by at least two-thirds (2/3rd)
majority vote at a general meeting of the 2110 Centre for Gender
Advocacy.
